 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE MUNICIPAL CANVASSING BOARD(S)
FOR THE VOTING SYSTEM AUDIT OF THE MUNICIPAL SUPER TUESDAY
ELECTION HELD ON
APRIL 11, 2017

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Municipal Canvassing Board(s) will be held on April 13, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the office of the Supervisor of Elections, 500 N. Orange Avenue, Green Cove Springs, Florida to begin the voting system audit of the 2017 Municipal Super Tuesday Election.  Selection of the race was held on April 11th as follows:

City of Green Cove Springs:       City Council Seat 1
Town of Orange Park:                Charter Amendment No. 1

In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting is open to the public.

NOTICE OF ELECTION

 2017 SUPER TUESDAY MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
City of Green Cove Springs

Pursuant to Section 100.021 of the Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the 2017 Super Tuesday Municipal Elections for the City of Green Cove Springs will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers, City Hall, 321 Walnut Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida.

Seats One (1) and Two (2) for a three (3) year term of office on the Green Cove Springs City Council.

Qualifying for Seats One (1) and Two (2) will open Monday, January 30th at NOON and remain open until Friday, February 3rd at NOON at the at the Clay County Supervisor of Elections Office.

Those interested in qualifying for the aforementioned City Council must be a qualified elector, a citizen of the United States and meet all other qualifying requirements as outlined in the City Charter.

A Run-off Election, if necessary, for any Municipality will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of May.
