Elected to office April 2011. She was re-elected April 2014 and April 2017. Her final term expires May 19, 2020.

Pam was born into a military family while her father was stationed at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. After her father’s retirement from the military the family moved to Jacksonville where she graduated from Forrest High School. She went on to graduate from the University of West Florida and received her master’s degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
She is married to Mr. Robert G. Lewis (Bob) who is a former Navy A4 pilot and a retired Southwest Airlines Captain. They have four children and two grandchildren. Pam and Bob chose to live in Green Cove Springs because of their love of the St. Johns River and the city’s historic, small town charm.
After being active in local politics she was appointed to the City of Green Cove Springs Planning and Zoning Board where she took a keen interest in neighborhood and business development. She was elected to the City Council in May of 2011.
Pam is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice. She is also certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a County Court Mediator and volunteers (Pro Bono) in County Small Claims Court, belongs to other women’s organizations and is an active member of Hibernia Baptist Church.
