I am a product of Clay County. My family moved to Clay County in 1962. Naomi, my wife, and I have four (4) children and three (3) grandchildren.
Graduated Orange Park High 1970, Bachelor’s Degree, University of Florida, 1974
Experience: Solid business acumen gained working with global manufacturing companies to improve operations and execution for over 30 years.

Adult Bible Study Group Leader Hibernia Baptist Church
Previously served at Ridgewood Baptist Church as: Chairman - Long-Range Planning Committee Chairman - Personnel Committee Chairman - Finance Committee Chairman - Deacons Vision Team, and led adult small group 20+ years.
Green Cove Springs has unparalleled natural beauty, the St. Johns River, and is in the path of growth in North Florida. I want to maintain the small town charm that makes Green Cove Springs a great place to work, live, and raise a family.
My vision is to leverage growth while protecting the “hometown” lifestyle that makes Green Cove Springs unique.
To accomplish this, my focus is:
Expanding the tax base organically and through annexation.
Working within the financial capabilities of the City
Supporting Public/Private projects that contribute to the City’s vision and improve the quality of life in Green Cove Springs.
