To request any public records, please click the "Public Records Request Form" link below. Although NOT required, the City Clerk's Office respectfully requests that the form be completed to expedite your request and document file activity.
If you do not wish to complete the form, please contact the City Clerk.
NOTE: E-mail addresses are public records under Florida Law and are not exempt from public records requirements.
