Description: Phase One of the project includes construction of a new Public Works Administration Building.  Future phases will include demolishing the existing Public Works administration building, new vehicle maintenance building, new storage building, covered parking and city vehicle wash bay, new employee parking spaces, new warehouse building, and relocated fuel station.

Budget: $1.3 million

Current Progress: City is working with Auld & White, based in Jacksonville, as the general contractor for the project. It is currently working with the design team led by Blide & Hall Architects out of Orange Park, and the project is in the design phase. 

Timeline: Construction is estimated to be complete by August 2019.
