The building will face Orange Avenue. Application was passed 4-1 by the Planning and Zoning Board on Tuesday, August 27, with the following conditions: An eight-foot fence of more substantial material than board-on-board will replace the proposed six-foot board-on-board fence, and the applicant will comply with any FDOT Level of Service requirements.
