Notice to all Billing Customers of the City of Green Cove Springs Water and Wastewater Utilities

The Green Cove Springs City Council approved increases to Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water rates on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. These new rates will take effect beginning September 17, 2025.
