Bayard St. & St. Johns Ave. Stormwater Upgrades

Description

Stormwater upgrades to replace pipes and repair river bulkhead along Bayard Street from St. Johns Avenue to the St. Johns River and St. Johns Avenue from Elmore Street to Bayard Street. 

Budget

$319,000 in Legislative Line-Item Appropriation, Total Budget is $821,945.

Current Progress

Designed and permitted by Jones Edmunds and Associates. Bid awarded to DB Civil Construction and construction started in March 2025. DB Civil Construction is finalizing the project with anticipated completion date in January 2026.
