Description
A tenant buildout of approximately 1,700 square feet of unfinished 2nd-floor space at Green Cove Springs City Hall. The scope includes installation of new partition walls to create offices, a bathroom, and a conference room, new furring and drywall on exterior walls, new flooring throughout, installation of a new suspended ceiling with integrated lighting, upgrade of the existing HVAC system, and installation of new electrical and data wiring. The space will be leased to the Clay Florida Economic Development Corporation (Clay EDC).
Budget
$299,490 - Clay EDC will be repaying construction cost over a 5-year period at 3.5% interest.
Current Progress
Project was awarded to Stratum Contracting and Construction Management in the amount of $299,490 on September 16, 2025. Design and permitting is estimated to be completed by the end of November 2025 with construction to begin soon after.
Timeline
Anticipate construction to be complete by end of January 2026.
