Augusta Savage Art & Cultural Center Parking Area & Drive Through
We are constructing new parking lot for the Augusta Savage Art and Cultural Center and a drive through that will connect the Food Pantry of Green Cove Springs center of operations in the building for efficient collection of food donations.

Augusta Savage Museum / Mentoring Center Complex
We are building a museum and mentoring center complex where the former Augusta Savage library stood.

Historic Spring Park Public Access Pier Improvement Project - Complete
This project will rebuild existing City Pier structures as well as build new additions to the pier, including rehabilitating and rebuilding portions of the existing pier structure and floating docks (including gazebo on the pier, lighting on the pier and electric), building docking facilities for large vessels, and building a wave attenuating system to protect the floating docks from damage by river waves.

New Public Works Administration Building - Complete
Phase One of the project includes construction of a new Public Works Administration Building. Future phases will include demolishing the existing Public Works administration building, new vehicle maintenance building, new storage building, covered parking and city vehicle wash bay, new employee parking spaces, new warehouse building, and relocated fuel station.

Spring Park Improvements - Complete
The city will be making upgrades across Spring Park, including renovating a picnic pavilion, upgrading playground equipment, upgrading the boardwalk, upgrading the shuffleboard court, upgrading river overlook with fishing pier, extending trails along the river, and building new additions such as a canoe/kayak launch, handicap accessible playground, historic replica lighting, and an overlook swing.

Thomas Hogans Memorial Gym Floor Replacement - Complete
The city will replace the Thomas Hogans Memorial Gym floor with a new rubberized gymnasium floor, including new lines for basketball and lines for pickleball.
