The Green Cove Springs Police Department utilizes the assistance of part-time officers to augment our Patrol Section, and other functions. Our part-time officers are sworn law enforcement officers, certified by the State of Florida, and paid for their service. All of our part-time officers go through the same training as our full-time officers, and have previous law enforcement experience.
The Part-Time Officer Section is commanded by the Operations Division Commander.
