City of Green Cove Springs Celebrates 150th Anniversary in 2024

2024 is a milestone year for Green Cove Springs as we celebrate 150 years since incorporation. We’ll be covering everything that has shaped the City in its 150-year history, from its incorporation on November 2, 1874, to the Hotel Era, decades as a naval air training hub, and beyond.

We are thrilled to announce that the Green Cove Springs 150th Anniversary Video is now live on YouTube! This special video takes you on a mesmerizing journey through our city’s rich history, celebrating the incredible milestones and resilient spirit of our community over the past 150 years. The City still has 150th swag available at the second-floor lobby of City Hall during the week (7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday). We only accept purchases in person, as we do not have the capacity to sell online or ship swag. All proceeds from sales will go towards the City Events budget.
