The Green Cove Springs Police Department has a large Community Room available for local community groups and civic organizations to utilize for meetings, at no charge. This room can be set up to accommodate up to 50 people and is equipped with two large screen televisions, and a microphone lecture podium with speakers.
The Police Department personnel will only be responsible for the set-up of the tables and chairs. It will be the responsibility of the group or individual reserving the room to set up any other equipment.
The group or individual reserving the room will be responsible in ensuring the room is left in the same condition prior to the meeting.
If the meeting will be using the lecture podium and or any of the large screens, it will be the responsibility of the group or individual (prior to the meeting) to make arrangements with Police Department staff in order to assist with audio/visual set up.
The meeting room must be reserved in advance for use.
